As a small addition to an already charming residence, this project is a good example of a relatively seamless addition to an existing home.

 

The project encompassed a second story guest bedroom and bath over a new gym at the ground floor. Further renovations included conversion of the existing bedroom to a library and redesigns to portions of the adjoining house and courtyard.
