In this project, the disparate pieces of a small estate were rejuvenated and more clearly defined of their boundaries. A large fountain and patio were added to provide focus to the existing courtyard and a new long colonnade and trellis created a visual boundary to the large, elevated pool terrace adjoining the courtyard. All landscape plantings were specificed and coordinated with Architect Jamie Schwentker within a traditional California landscape style and in consideration of the client's love of roses.
